Slip up on day 3 a have i ruined it?

Hi there. I did this diet before and lost a stone before my wedding. Now I'm back to get rid of baby weight!

Ave been 100 percent for three dAys.
Had to work 18hrs yest and even stuck to it then but then tonight the tiredness got me and I was weak. We got takeaway pizza. Dominos.
Feel so bad. Have I ruined it all??
 
You have definitely failed to keep in ketosis with a pizza. You can start again though if you feel it is the right plan for you. Good luck
 
Just start again you have only ruined it all if you don't get back on that horse and start again :)

Have you started again ok?
The first days are the hardest, after the first week you get more into the swing of things.
A few weeks into a previous time I did a VLCD I ate bread, thought I had ruined it all but walked it off, persevered and got back on, I even still managed a loss that week, so all is never lost!
