Well this morning so far I have had a chocolate and vanilla shake. I'm not doing a workout today as ive had a headache for the past 2 days so I dont want to risk it.
We have Jam Doughnuts in the kitchen and admitedly I will have one, and that will be 2 snacks.
So breakfast - Shake
Snack- Packet of 90 cal crisps
Lunch - Tomato soup and 3 crisp bread & small apple
Dinner- WW Lasagne and a Doughnut. That still wont be 600 cals, so ill still have 100 cals left over if I want it.
Workouts will continue tomorrow.
