Hi all (waves) Im Clare aged 24,yo yo dieter,mainly stuck with slimming world but stopped smoking in January and finding it really difficult so decided to opt for a different route...its my first go at slim fast and hoping for a little help as feel like im eating quite a lot and really have felt full up past 2 days which is unusual for me lol. Please correct me if im going wrong anywhere,thanks! Heres my food diary for the past 2 days.
Day 1!
10am-SF Summer strawberry shake
12pm-90 calorie bag of crisps
12.30pm-banana
4.30pm-Fish Pie with veg
5pm-10 grapes
7pm-SF Summer strawberry shake
1000 calories
Day 2!
9am-SF Summer strawberry shake
10am-banana
1pm-small jacket potato,tuna,cheese,salad
4pm-SF chocolate nougat bar
4.30pm-10 grapes
6pm-SF Chocolate crunch meal bar.
1300 calories
