goodbye mummy tummy!
Hi, decided to give slim fast a go and thought I'd share my journey on here.
I had a baby 6 weeks ago and just want to get back to normal. This is baby no.2 and after baby no.1 the weight fell off, not so lucky this time, I have 2st to lose. I smoked before I fell pregnant and that helped keep weight off, I'm not going to start smoking again but it is making it so much harder to diet as I constantly pick at food all day long! Thats why slim fast will be good for me as I wont need to think about food.
I'm going to be weighing in on a Friday, if i can manage not to jump on the scales every day!
start weight: 10st 6lb
goal weight: 8st 7lb
breakfast: cafe shake
lunch: vanilla shake
dinner: 6 fish fingfers and a birdseye rice fusion (normally have salmon for dinner but had a major craving for fish fingers) and a few strawberries
