Well today I am working from the office. It's funny but I always used to think that working from home was hard as there was too much temptation and sometimes boredom however now I think it's harder working in the office! It's funny how your thoughts and behaviours change if you let them

Had a shake and natural yoghurt and raspberries this morning and I have half a melon and a shake for later. I have heard rumours that there is a buffet lunch on order which I will do my best to avoid or select very, very carefully

Dinner to to tonight will probably be smoked cobbler and loads of fresh veg again I think

Just being nosey, and I coukldnt help but smile, I have never eaten so much natural yoghurt in my life since last Saturday!!! I have 100ml every day with a peach or a clementine chopped in. My other new found food is cottage cheese, it isnt gross, thought it would be but it is not!

I understand the temptation, I work in an office 2.5 days a week the rest of the time I'm a stay at home mummy and its soooooo hard esp when the kiddies want tempting foods!

I kinda went a bit made and explained to hubby if I was going to lose weight and be full up I needed to buy loads of healthy low fat foods (brown rice, fresh veg, oat cakes, nat yog, goats cheese, fruit, LOADS of chicken breasts) and everyone had to support me in the house....I've now introduced yummy cheese biscuits (1 oat cake and laughing cow light cheese triangle) to my kids and frozen yoghurt which they beleive is ice cream......I've been on 2 weeks annual leave and next week I go back, and I'm worried about how i'll be in the office as usually I want to eat everything at one go when i'm at work eeeek...

    Hi ya honey

I user to think working from home was harder but now I've found it harder being in the office so, as a result, today was a mahoooosive fail :-(. It's silly really because I love the shakes on SF.

Im currently having a glad of wine or 2 with the hubby to celebrate him passing his exams so that he can do his MOT course and tomorrow I am back in the office so not sure what that will bring

    Which oar cakes do you

    Sorry my phone went wappy!

Which oat cakes do you have for lunch? When I was in SF, I used to make my own roasted tomatoe an red pepper soup, it's a bit tricky to work out the calories however there can't be much more than 100 in a serving so I may take some to work with me tomorrow.... I am full of good intentions however I have an awful lot of clothes to get back into and only a handful of 'fat' clothes that I have bought that fit!

Yeah they are called Nairnshire oatcakes, I've got the fine milled ones and they are 36cal per cake, I have 2 with 1 laughing cow light triangle and a bit of black pepper comes in at 97 cals, really nice, bought them at sainsburys. Ah Hun i think it's getting past the first stone which makes it all so difficult, I think it's a constant battle until that then after it becomes more like life again, the sad part is I think I'll have to calorie count the rest of my life as I always misjudge even when I get to goal just so I dont end up like this again!!

On a positive note you have a freaking great wardrobe that your going to look HOT in by Xmas I'll be hot in all the new clothes I'm going to buy boxing day sales woooooo!!!!! x

Jumped on the scales this morning and I am 11st 12 3/4lbs eeek...

I've had a word with myself and I am fully back on it. I will get weighed again on Friday as that's my actual WI day

Driving down to slough later and I have 2 days of hotels stays and working in the office so if I can get through those the rest of the week should be a breeze!!

Once you start walking regularly it doesn't feel that far at all, we would have walked further but I 'working from home' and have to drive down south so I didnt have a massive amount of time. We did a 6 mile walk on Saturday morning... I love walking as I get lots of time to think! We would be able to get the walk done much quicker if it wasn't for the pooch stopping to sniff every blade of grass!!!!

Whilst I was driving down south I was thinking about what you said Bambalina... If I aim for 8lbs a month that will be 24lbs by the end of November which is 'only' 4lbs away from 2 stone which means I'll be so much closer to fitting into one of my slinky dresses for my crimbo party
