Well I have just come up to be feeling really sick due to the amount of crap I've eaten again so screw it - I'm starting tomorrow! Will weigh in in the morning... Won't be exercising coz I have a busy day but will at least get the first day of food on track

Hi hun! Well done. How you finding your first day? I've fallen off the wagon. Last night and today. I've been eating so much rubbish (mainly chocolate lol) but I've realised I can't eat as much as I usually can so I've now made myself feel ill through eating rubbish and too much of it. I'm off to the cinema in an hour to see les mis. I've decided to start a fresh tomorrow and put this behind me. I now know I have my holiday for definite in June ( we weren't sure if it would be June or later on in the year) so now I've only got 5 months to get as much off as poss!!! I'm determined more than ever now especially after binging on rubbish!
