I have tried everything under the sun that pertains to weight loss and slim fast seems to be giving me results on the scale. Just started so i'll just sit back and watch to see how far it goes.

I start last Wednesday, twice a day, plus 2 x 100kal snacks & main dinner. Weighed in Tuesday morning & lost 4lb! Really happy with that!

I do ultra slim from tescos as its less calories
