Yet again I lost the plot and instead of being in 13st bracket I have jumped back to almost halfway up the 14st bracket..GAH!
As of Monday 7th that's it, back on it, I need to stop f**king about and get serious again. I need all the kicking up the bum and motivating I can get to keep me on track.
I have reset my measurements table to only show measurements from heaviest and from tonight (5th April 2014) to try and motivate and feel like a new start.
My overall ticker is still counting down from my heaviest of 16st so I can see the total effect.
I am currently doing Slim Fast diet with my hubby.
We started at the end of October 2013 after stalling and cheating a lot doing Slimming World. Think I needed the strictness to get the results to motivate me into sticking to it.
I started out at 16st at my heaviest and lost some weight doing Slimming World but then got stuck and a little bored as it was very slow to come off.
Since starting Slim Fast I have lost a total of 16lb's taking my total from my heaviest to 26.6lb's lost and weighing in at 14st 1.4lb's.
I still have a long way to go as my initial target will be 11st. I'm a busty gal so any lower and I would look daft seeing as dieting in the past I was a size 10 at almost 12 stone. Set target a little lower this time as since last successful diet I have had a baby (over a week early and nearly 9lber so waistline needs more work now)
I know it's a little daft to start this now but I plan to get back onto Slim Fast again in New Year and it would be good to have somewhere to log it all.
This is my progress so far.
Start on left (16st - size 18) Current as of 5th April 2014 on right (14st6.5lb - size 14)
Forgot to add, I am actually doing SF until end of this week (weigh on Sunday mornings so I can enjoy Mum's Sunday roasts hehe)I am praying I can get a 1.4lb loss as then I will be 2st lighter than heaviest in time for xmas.I expect a gain over the week of for sure but New Year week I will be back on it, I have a couple of weeks worth of shakes and snacks coming to me as we speak :)
Hello I am back!
Christmas was a big pigout as normal (as it should be) and was amazed to only have gained 4.2lb's over 2 weeks of bad eating! Miracle!
Back to SlimFast today though so day one. Will be weighing in on Sunday so hopefully get most (if not all) of the Xmas gain off again.
Just put my planned shakes, snacks and meal into MFP and came up as less than 1000 cals...so I get a couple of extra snacks which then makes my total for day 1225 (I always try to aim for 1200ish)
Actually really enjoyed my brekkie shake this morning...actually love the taste of Slim Fast readymade shakes. I remembered not to sniff before tasting which helped as the lovely soy smell you get when you first open them isn't particularly appetising but they taste yum if you ignore it hehe
Been following Slim Fast perfectly averaging 1230 cals a day most days except for yesterday :cry:
Had bad sinusitis pains and felt sorry for myself so was treated to lots of naughty stuff.
Back on it today though, all shakes, snacks and evening meal planned out on MFP and following to a T. 1219 calories today :)
Cocked up again! Had a perfect SF day yesterday but still feeling rubbish and so I gave in too easily to a suggestion of ice cream.
And between hubby and myself we scoffed a whole tub of haagen dazs choc chip GAH!!!
I'm thinking this week won't be a good weigh-in. Praying I can get 100% week next week.
Hi u doing really well I'm going to try and do at tomorrow have been on sw ww but am now going after a go due to my line of work .I work in home care the only thing I don't like about at is the way u have to count veg but am willing to give it a go hope we can help each other x
Even though I cocked up several times on diet for my first week back on it I lost 2.6lb! Miracle!
After such a measly first week loss (last time it was 6lb!) I am determined to make a 100% week this week.
Going to be a struggle as its THAT week as well just to add to the willpower struggle.

Yes we do. Do you have a goal date? Mine is April as I am going on holiday and want to get back in my cruise dresses from last time I cruised a couple of years ago.x

We didn't have a holiday last year and love staying down there so all excited.
Had to book it for June instead of our usual Sept as normally go after school holidays but as our daughter will be going to school properly from then (She's 4 in April!!!!!) we had to do before them and will just not send her for the free hours at school that week.
This gives me 23 more weigh-in's before then. Well probably close to 22 as Easter Week will be bad (got to have my eggs!)
If only I could guarantee 2lb for every one of those weeks...I'd be at target.
Ideally I would love to be at bottom end of 13st/in the 12st bracket by then.
Will need new swimming stuff if so...eeeeee!
Fab, holidays are always a good incentive to get slim and stay on track.

I had set myself a personal target of 20lb by easter and have 17.4lb left to go on that with 13 weeks to weigh-in left. If I can do that then I will be just under 2st from target.
Then I will have 7 weeks between Easter and hol to diet again so if I can do at least 1lb a week then I will be 1.5st from target!
Anything under 13st would be a bonus before hols though. I expect to come back at least half a stone heavier as I always munch too much fudge and cheesy chips when down there lol
