I'm an expert at loosing weight.... I've done it several times before, I walk the walk and talk the talk but the long and short of it is I either fall off the wagon and never seem to get back on it or I get to my goal weight and then it slowly creeps back on again!
So here I am again, needing to loose 3 stone, wow 3 stone, doesn't actually sound that bad, but I took pictures of myself in my underwear tonight... And it actually IS that bad!!
So this is my personal diary of my weight loss transformation, yes my aim is to loose weight but I'm also looking for a healthy life style.
Today was day 1 and I'm going to bed happy, I have had a good first day x
