One day at a time
I'm an expert at loosing weight.... I've done it several times before, I walk the walk and talk the talk but the long and short of it is I either fall off the wagon and never seem to get back on it or I get to my goal weight and then it slowly creeps back on again!
So here I am again, needing to loose 3 stone, wow 3 stone, doesn't actually sound that bad, but I took pictures of myself in my underwear tonight... And it actually IS that bad!!
So this is my personal diary of my weight loss transformation, yes my aim is to loose weight but I'm also looking for a healthy life style.
Today was day 1 and I'm going to bed happy, I have had a good first day x

Back with around 4 stone to lose & been dieting since 2008, it is ridiculous.

So I'm at the end of day 2, another successful day, I've also had a good clear out in my sons bedroom and my room, I even managed to move the beds to Hoover underneath.
Feeling focused and positive.
I only need one hood week then I'm on a roll and find it easier to continue

It is really good but my problem is sticking to it, I have been blaming the festive period but it is just me being greedy!!
Defo 100% focus in the new year.

2014 is the year for me to change.
Ok so not a bad week, In fact better than I thought got on the scales this morning I have lost 3 lb yea!!
Which has spurred me on for this week, children are back in school as of today so I went and did a bums and tums class, and tomorrow I will do a half hour swim while they have their swimming lesson!
I'm really trying to just take it one meal at a time in all honesty, for example I have a banana for my breakfast then I think I've just got to get to 10.30 for my shake, then I say well now if you have to have something you can have an apple & a yoghurt ( usually around 12.30) not long till my next shake at 3pm. No picking now tea will be at 6pm. Then during the evening I think how well I've done during the day I haven't picked at all I'm not going to start now, then that's another day done !
The hardest bit is not nibbling when I make the children's sandwiches.
By the time the nice weather arrives I want to be 2 stone lighter, until then I'm wearing my fat clothes.... I want to see peoples faces when I walk to school in the summer super fit and super slim !!
Got up this morning... God I ache !!!! My legs are a killer
Also woke up with a head ache, need to drink more water today I think
20 mins of swimming done tonight , and another good eating day, yea me !!
I still hurt my legs really hurt... So must be doing some good right ??
I've got this image/vision of being somewhere near my goal weight by the time the hot weather comes, and I want people to be surprised by my weight loss!! So that is souring me on right now!
I need something to give me that kick to keep me on the straight and narrow lol
You can do it!
Just keep that end goal in mind. That is what I am trying to do. I know we are only 8 days into the year but I have wanted to cheat already but I would only be cheating myself.
I will be strong!
