Day one today for me Jan 1st 2014 hoping to shift 3st in total, but I setting myself 1st mini targets. Also started listening to my SlimPods for that extra boost ..
 
Day 2 ... Good day as regard being in control ...2 shakes .... Fruit snacks and main meal of 600 cals also managed to listen to my slim pods ....

Positives of the day
1. Achieved goals set out for the day
2. Walked Millie our little puppy
3. Felt in control of my food intake

So quite a positive start .....
 
Day 3 ... Started the day with a SF choc shake then off to town shopping... One or two bargains to be bought... Retail therapy perfect .... Into Superdrug to purchase SF bits and bobs that are on offer then food shopping to large Tesco approx 3 miles away where I realised I had left my bank card in Superdrug so back to collect.... But I remained calm and stress free and that's down to my Stress slimpod
Back home to cook meal, realised nothing to eat since morning so SF shake later this evening ..... Good day I think

Positives
1. Didn't think about food ...
2. Feeling like the SlimPods have kicked in ...
3. Feeling very calm ...
 
Day 4 .... Things are going good ... Food and calories to plan ... Enjoying planning the 600 cal main meal not sure how it will be next week when I return to work as working long days, so I will sit down and plan main meals for the week well a few days at least ....

Positives
1. Enjoying cooking and the challenge of 600 calories
2. Have noticed my energy level has improved
3. Co pleated lots of little jobs on my to do list ...still have plenty left on the list for another day .......
 
Day 5 ... A much harder day today, tried to keep busy all day, major play for the day was to take down xmas decorations and a few minor jobs on the way .... Back to work tomorrow and it's going to be a busy week .... So off to listen to my Slim Pods ....

Positives
1. Managed to get through the day without damaging the plan
2. Felt calm all day ....it's a inside feeling ....
3. Out for a short walk with Millie our new puppy and let her off the lead on the field ... All went well without any major drama's ....

Day 6 .... 2 SF shakes during the day then out for a early evening meal at the local Harvester managed to be very selective with my choices and did really well so looking good so far ....

Positives
1. Meal out and choose carefully
2. Back to work ... Quite a hectic day however felt calm
3. Eating healthy such a great feeling .....
 
Day 7 .... Feeling tired tonight, busy long day at work ... Food wise still on track ....

Positives
1. Enjoying SF plan
2. Feeling confident but tired
 
Day 8 .... Quite a day ...

Positives
1. Fitted extra slim pods in today
2. 26 under on total calories for today
3. Nice work with the dog ...
 
Day 9 late entry ....Tried to update dairy last night kept getting error message

Busy day at work ....tired
 
Day 10 .... It's Friday and soooooooo looking forward to the weekend .... It's been a long week and it's gone well .....really settled in to the SF diet and feel very positive.

2. Loving the slim pods and the diet

Day 11/12 Busy weekend really enjoyed my days off .... Food choices good and enjoyed cooking within the 600 cal meal option .... Managed to find time to walk Millie our puppy .... Feel I have had good rest and ready for the week ahead ....

Day 13/14 good day weighed 10b loss since day 1 so good so far feel as if it's falling into place SF and calorie counting making the right choices out for a meal to the local harvester managed to come in under 800 cals did without snacks to allow this ....

1. 10lb weight loss
2. Good meal choices
3. Feeling good
 
Day 15/16 15th went well however day 16 in London for the day.... Controlled what I ate and had a great time, Camden market, so much to see ... Very tired

Positives
1. Have managed to listen to slim pods every day and. Twice on a few ocassions
2. On day 16 weighed and lost 13lb so far
3. Day out an d controlled what I ate ....
