First time trying Slimfast

Hello all, I've decided this is the year I will finally loose this weight! I did do really well at WW a couple of years ago, but then put it all back on plus more!
I've decided to try Slimfast this time, mostly because all the stuff is 1/2 price at the moment in the shops, so I'm well stocked up! I might go back to WW once I've lost a couple of stone on Slimfast as I'd like a bit more choice. But for now here we go!

Week 1: Day 1

Breakfast:
SF Strawberry Shake - 230 cals
Lunch:
WW Chicken Soup - 92 cals
2 Slices of toast - 188 cals
Dinner:
WW Mac and Cheese - 291cals
Snacks:
SF BBQ Tortillas - 95cals
SF Caramel Bar - 95cals

Total: 991 cals

Don't think I done too bad for my first day, need to find out the cal content of some things though

So a couple of days in and I'm still sticking to it! Mostly because I have a boot full of slimfast ready made shakes to use up!

Week 1: Day 2

Breakfast:

SF Chocolate Meal Bar - 210 cals
Lunch:
WW Tomato Soup - 87 cals
1 Slice of white bread - 94 cals
Dinner:
WW Chicken Curry - 306 cals
Snacks:
SF BBQ Tortillas - 95 cals
3 mini sweets from box of celebrations - 150??cals

Total: 942 cals

Week 1: Day 3

Breakfast:
SF Chocolate Meal Bar - 210cals
Lunch:
SF Cafe Late Shake - 230cals
Dinner:
WW Chicken Curry - 306cals
Snacks:
SF Cheese Bites - 95 cals

Total: 841 cals
 
Week 1: Day 4

Breakfast:
SF Vanilla Shake - 230 cals
Lunch:
WW Chicken Soup - 92 cals
Dinner:
WW Mac and Cheese - 291 cals
Snacks:
SF Cheese and Onion Pretzels - 95 cals
SF Chocolate bar - 95 cals

Total: 803 cals
