Fluttershy's road to thin

So after looking at some of the threads decided to have my own, please feel free to tell me if I'm going wrong or you have any advice for me,

Day 1 - weight 15 stone and 4lbs

Meal bar
Chocolate shake

Weight watchers hot pot and smash
2 x pink and white


Snacks were apple, soup and cracker crisps

Lots of water and cups of black tea ( hope tea is ok )
 
Well done on your first day! I've been on SF for less than a week but already picking up tips like mixing the powders to make new flavours! Are you doing powders or ready made?
 
Hi Faber I have some ready made for today and tomorrow but have a tin of strawberry, caramel and banana powder ready to use just need to get a bottle Or something for taking it to work :)
 
Day 2

Been another good day

Strawberry shake
Chocolate meal bar

Grilled chicken salad and actifry wedges

Apple, lentil soup (homemade) cracker crips

Plenty of water again today so happy all round
 
Day 3

My daughter is off school just now so only had a half day at work so food was a bit strange with timings, went to weatherspoons for breakfast however only had a cuppa and drooled as ku daughter had pancakes and Maple mmmmmm lol never even had one bit :)

Banana shake

Beef stew and boiled potatoes

Popcorn and apple/pear and cracker crips as snacks

Day 3 done feeling good
 
Well went out for lunch yesterday so had a huge lunch (oh dear) then for supper I was bad too however back on it today :) Valentines and I was looked after flowers, teddy, perfume and he done well as I asked not to get any sweets and he didn't . I got my shaker at shops yesterday so have started on the powder - taste good compared to the pre made ones, Caramel shake Banana shake Dinner steak and baked

Snacks - small chicken salad
Want to have a wee peek at the scales but trying not to especially after yesterday's bad day lol Happy valentines every one

Ok so first weekend and I'm just finding little things to do to keep me out of the crisp draw, made some lentil soup that works out 100 cals give or take a portion so had some of that and it tastes ok, no drink for me tonight as I said id drop mum and dad off and pick them up from a party tonight so that's gonna also help.

2 Dutch cracker bread with laughing cow

Going for a walk after hubby watches Celtic game, nice wee loch near by so should be nice to get some air

2 vodka and diet coke

Was so busy at work didn't have my shake so will prob have it or a small snack later if I'm hungry
