So as the title suggests I've set a challenge to myself to stick to slim fast or ultra slim 100% for 100 days. Today is day 1 (obviously!) and day 100 is 08th July. I'm starting out at 15st10.25lbs. I'm not focusing on the weight loss so much, but am focusing on not overeating and controlling my portion sizes. I've even bought a children's plate and bowl set as my dinner plates are HUGE! I tend to pile food on it - can't do that if the plate is small right? I am a member of a gym so it's also time to use that membership, my sister is joining up tomorrow so at least I will have a buddy! I do have an account on MFP (Andrea1823) so feel free to add me.
Off to drink my shake. Can't decide between banana and chocolate!
