Ooo I will need to check them out next time I am passing Iceland :) thanks for the tip, I'm really enjoying the plan and so far it's seams to be working for me, I lost 7lbs first week, I don't expect too much this week because of that big loss but every pound counts x
 
thays grwat.. just weighed in and have lost 3lb in week 1. could have been more bit had couple of wobbly days :/ but am motivated now to stick to it 100%

Tried a shake with water this morning,
Didn't taste too bad,
Was a little thinner than with milk but still done the trick, x
 
Well done! Glad someone else is on this journey too. Loving the spring roll info, I'll defo have to try some of them :) xx
