ok so im hoping this will help keep me on track.... have been hlf heartedly doing sf for a week.... but as of today im back on track....start weight last monday morning was 11st7lb which is mostly around mt stomach bum nd thighs!!!
todays food is:
strawberry shake with skimmed milk
one fig (65cals)
two spring rolls baked (74cals)
dinner will be a ready meal at 400cals and some mixed veg... one shake short a am out and dont have them with me :/ but feeling full and drinking plenty
