40 day slim fast challenge <3

Hi all :), I'm starting slim fast today and doing it for 40 days to lose as much weight as possible before I go away in December, I'm going to use this diary to write in every little detail of my journey and will put up a before and after at the end and the results, I will weigh in every Saturday :) I'm hoping to lose a little over a stone I'm also going to be following the 30 day shred and I go gym at least 3 times a week, I normally follow ww, and have lost 46 pound doing that I just want a nice boost before I go away in December, my starting weight is 12st3lbs, I'm hoping to get down to 10st12lb by the time I go, I would be say wish me luck but I don't need it as I'm going to stick to plan 100% for the 40 day's then go back to my ww for my last bit iI would like to lose after ny holiday.

Anyway here goes nothing the 10's here I come.

Diary today:
Breakfast: slim fast strawberry shake 210cal
Snack: slim fast choc bar 100 cal
Lunch: slim fast strawberry shake 210 cal
Snack: slim fast bar 100cal
Dinner: macaroni cheese 450cal
Low fat ice cream and meringue nest 150 cal
Snack: banana 100cal

Total calories: 1320

Exercise: level 1 of the 30 day shred I'm on day 8 xox
 
Well today is day 2 of the slim fast and so far I'm not finding all that difficult.

Breakfast: banana shake
Lunch: strawberry shake
Dinner: Bolognese
Snacks: 2 slim fast bars
velvet crunch
Haven't managed to exercise much today as been working 14 hours but ad a brisk 40 minute walk
 
Day 3/40 on slim fast, going pretty well, enjoying it :). Will be doing the shred this evening or gym to get my exercise in :-D!!

Breakfast: banana shake
Lunch: strawberry shake
Dinner: pasta bake
Snacks: banana
sf bar
options hot choc and wafer mallow

Totals calories: 1360
 
Did the shred and 25 mins On the bike yesterday :) either gym or sane again today!! X

Breakfast: banana shake 230cal
Snack: sf bar 100cal
Lunch: strawberry shake 230cal
Snack: banAna 100cal
Dinner: Bolognese 600cal
Snack: hot choc and wafer mallow 100cal

Calories consumes: 1330

Loving slim fast so far not hungry at all and can feel my tummy getting flatter already, will be doing the shred level 2 today and exercise bike for 30 mins, will increase my exercise daily as I really need to lose this stone and a bit by December x
 
Done exercise bike for 30 mins and will doing the shred after dinner :), absolutely loving the buzz exercise gives me, got work tonight aswell and it's a good 30 mins brisk walk, and same in the morning when I finally finish and get to go home to bed. <3 x

hot choc n wafer mallow 100cal

Total Calories: 1360

Exercise level 2 of the shred (omg this is a killer)
25 mins exercise bike
40 mins brisk walk

Loving this plan so far although I'm finding the exercise a little tough I love the buzz I get afterwards, also I know my dream bod won't cone easy X

cereal bar 100 cal

I would say today has been the hardest day so far, it's totm and I've just done 2 night shifts in a row I'm exhausted, which is y I'm starving, will not cave in though, done 20 mins exercise bike today, 1 hour brisk walking and will do another 20 mins on the bike when I get home from work. Can't wait to see results of first week, weigh in on Saturday. X
 
Day 7: right it's weigh in tomorrow, I really hope I have lost something, although I am feeling so bloated from totm, so if I don't get a great loss I kbow that it will probably be better next week, I have been 100% with everything so would be pretty gutted if I don't lose, anywayz going to do my two bursts of cardio On the exercise bike today and the shred after work, got an hour's brisk walk also, to and from work, :), so fingers crossed for tomorrows weigh in X Today's food diary:Breakfast: strawberry shake 230cal Lunch: strawberry shake 230 cal Dinner: macaroni cheese n mushy peas n yoghurt 600 cals Snacks: 2 slim fast bars 200 calls Cereal bar 100 cal Total: 1360 :)
 
Another day dusted, and it's weigh in tomorrow morning, fingers crossed they are kind <3 haven't felt as hungry today :)
 
Well I lost 2lb this week was expecting a little more to be honest but I think I will get a better loss next week after totm, I will still be putting 100% in, will not get disheartened!! Will do the shred today and half hour exercise bike.

Here we are day 9, had a seriously stressful day but still been on track I haven't stopped all day.....so anyway enough of my moaning!! Food diary for today:

Snacks: 2*cereal bar 200cal
tuna 100cal

Total: 1360

Day 11 this has gone quick <3, still feeling under the weather and at work boo!!! Food diary for today:

Another day nearly done :), am feeling a bit rubbish as haven't done the shred for a few days due to this Damn Chesty cold, will still do as much as I can On the exercise bike this evening though. Not going to let it stop my exercising completely.

Overall so far I'm surprised how easy I have been finding this so far.... I've cone to the conclusion that all diets work but for it to work u have to be in the right frame of mind x
 
How do u get into the right frame of mind??!!
 
For me it's a few things that keep me motivated, obviously my health, and also I love fashion and clothes. And going in town shopping trying on dresses and looking like a sausage really gave me a kick up the backside I needed, I was totally in denial about how big I had got.

I have a dress in size 10 that I absolutely love to keep me On track, to be able to fit into that will be the biggest buzz ever.......... Alot better than anything I could eat <3 x

Also I'm seriously fed up of being the fat friend :-( x
