Hi all , I'm starting slim fast today and doing it for 40 days to lose as much weight as possible before I go away in December, I'm going to use this diary to write in every little detail of my journey and will put up a before and after at the end and the results, I will weigh in every Saturday I'm hoping to lose a little over a stone I'm also going to be following the 30 day shred and I go gym at least 3 times a week, I normally follow ww, and have lost 46 pound doing that I just want a nice boost before I go away in December, my starting weight is 12st3lbs, I'm hoping to get down to 10st12lb by the time I go, I would be say wish me luck but I don't need it as I'm going to stick to plan 100% for the 40 day's then go back to my ww for my last bit iI would like to lose after ny holiday.
Anyway here goes nothing the 10's here I come.
Diary today:
Breakfast: slim fast strawberry shake 210cal
Snack: slim fast choc bar 100 cal
Lunch: slim fast strawberry shake 210 cal
Snack: slim fast bar 100cal
Dinner: macaroni cheese 450cal
Low fat ice cream and meringue nest 150 cal
Snack: banana 100cal
Total calories: 1320
Exercise: level 1 of the 30 day shred I'm on day 8 xox
