Ainsley's diary <3

Hi everyone! I thought it might be a good idea for me to start a diary! It will help me to keep a track of my eating, and also to see my progress!

Today is my second day following the 'Slim Fast 3-2-1' plan. Yesterday's food was:
Breakfast- Chocolate Shake made with ice.
Lunch- Strawberry Shake with ice.
Dinner- Lean Pork loin, salad and homemade chips cooked in my actifry.
Snacks consisted of an apple, a yogurt and a banana.
I drank just over 2 litres of water and had a black 'unsweetened' coffee at breakfast time.

The only 'problem' that I'm struggling with is the hunger pangs. Now I don't know if it's because I was a big eater before or what?!
So I keep sipping water and have chewed some sugar free gum to take away the need to eat something.

I'm going to weigh myself tonight for an 'official' weigh in, then each weds from then on.

I'll post later on with today's progress.

Hi again! So last night was my 'official' weigh in, and I have to admit that I was upset with what the scales said.
So hopefully I'll do well this week and see a difference next week. I have A LOT of weight to lose (6-7 stone) so we'll see how I go on this to start with.

So yesterday was like the day before really:
Breakfast- Chocolate shake
Lunch- Strawberry shake
Dinner- a weird homemade chicken curry concoction (was yummy!) and a little bit of brown rice (all just under 600 cal)
Snacks- yogurt, apple and a banana.

Hopefully today I won't struggle with the hunger pangs today. Not even sure if I am hungry or if my brain is just so used to over eating that's it's a mental hunger? (Is that even a thing?!)

Off to work I go now. Will try to remember to update tonight, if not will be the morning again.

(Just sat having my choc shake breaky, and it's yum! Feel really naughty having choc for breaky!)

Have a great day :)

I'm loving the simplicity of the plan! I didn't feel as hungry today. Maybe my stomach is shrinking or my brain is aligning with my new way of eating?!

Yesterday's diet consisted of:
Breakfast: shake
Lunch: shake
Dinner: chicken breast in pitta bread.
Snacks: yogurt, apple and crisps.

To some people this may seem boring, to me it's structured. I know what I can have and if I get bored I'll swap things around. But For the time being, I love this way of eating. I don't feel bloated and can see/feel my tummy going down. So far, so good.

Although this weekend will be a challenge as I have an Xmas party tonight and another tomorrow night. So fingers crossed!
