My 40 Day Challenge on Slim fast

So I started Slim fast today with loads of weight to lose its about time I got my but in gear. I find it hard to stick to any plan as my sweet tooth always gets in the way and then I give up. Im going to work really hard and see what I can lose in the 40 days taking it 40 days at a time rather than looking at months ahead cutting my journey into small chunks. Im 18st 5lbs god I cant believe I just wote that fingers crossed I will never see that weight on the scales again. So Day 1

Brekki = Strawberry Slim fast
Snack = Fruit bar 100 cals
Lunch = Strawberry Slim fast
Snack = Fruit bar 100 cals
Dinner = Jacket Potato and baked beans with a pinch of cheese
Snack = Fruit Bar 100 cals

2.5 liters of water
exercise = 3 mile walk

so day 1 done 39 days left :)
 
Day 2 on slim fast had a good day

Brekki - strawberry slim fast
Snack - fruit bar
Lunch - x5 Biscuits (not good)
Snack - none
Dinner - Pasta and turkey shapes
Snack - 2tbs of choc spread and crackers

So today I missed my lunch shake because I had biscuits when I had visitors so I didnt want to go over on my calories by much. I also missed my snack just to make sure. I am happy about today because I was aware I messed up so I tried to fix it rather than saying oh well Ive messed up so I might aswell carry on which is something I always do. Feeling good ready for day 3 x

Day 3 on slimfast -
Brekki - Choc SF Shake
Snack - Fruit bar
Lunch - Choc Shake
Snack - Fruit Bar
Dinner - Beans on toast

3 mile walk done again today and 2 liters of water drank today also. Had a good day not feeling as hungry today and delighted with myself for sticking to plan. Hoping for a nice loss this week this diary is helping with motivation and keeping me busy. Ready for day 4 bring it on
