    Diet: was on Slim Fast but changed to Slimming world and Xenical
    Height: 5ft4in
    Start Date: 21/9/09
    Start Weight: 16st8lb
    Current Weight: 12st4lb
    Goal Weight: 10st0lb
    Goal Date: when i get there.


    BMI Information:
    Start BMI: 39.8
    Current BMI: 29.5
    Goal BMI: 24


    Statistics:
    Total Weight Loss: 4st4lb
    Weight to Lose: 2st4lb
    % Lost 25.86%

    Where do i find???

    Can anyone help me in finding the nutritional values for things like fruit, veg, eggs, etc....
    i wouldnt know where to look....
    please help!

    I started out Sept 2009 at 211lbs. March 2010 i had lost 53lbs which had me at 158lbs....Restarting my final diet after gaining weight due to two new jobs, Boobies, a divorce, a new relationship, a new house. Phew! at 181lbs on March 30th 2011.

    Update! It is now Sept 9th and i weigh 165lbs! yay!!

    Update! It is now Oct 15th and i weigh 156lbs! YAY!

    I got a little book in smiths called calorie counter or something like that. Its handbag size and was about £3, has basics like veg, bread so on and so forth, values per 100 and average portion size. Very handy for if you are not in front of the pc.
