slim fast and celebrity slim?

can someone please tell me how these diets differ, as i like the idea of being able to have a soup (celebrity slim) as one of my replacement meals as i'm on slim fast and finding the meal replacements a bit limited. would it be okay to use the celebrity slim ones, or would i have to switch over to doing celebrity slim?

I think you would need to switch to celebrity slim but im not a 100% sure,, i occasionally have a low cal cuppa soup for a lunch i just make sure the calories are low or around the same as a shake

i might have a look if the CS soups are around the same number of calories as SF shakes and bars, that should give me a better idea!

Is celebrity slim a complete meal replacement diet???

I like the idea of having soups... Sham SF don't do them anymore.

You'll have to let us know what you find.x

not quite sure how celebrity slim differs from slim fast to be honest. i think it kind of phases normal eating back in as part of the plan, but it is bloody expensive! been having a look at the soups today and they seem the same as the slim fast shakes and bars so gonna give them a go i think, will let you know which ones i like!

Celebrity Slim cuts out carbs. Also the soups aren't very nice and all taste the same to be honest.

sounds like ou would be better looking for a low cal soup to have as a change
