    Hi Guys

    You wont belive it - another birthday at work but I resisted the crispy kremes and the cocolate cakes this time .... it is a miracle !!!

    You both sound like you have fab weekends planed and I am loving the Chinese idea ....yumm!

    You are both getting the excersise too very impressed ... I think the most I will do this weekend is chasing my 3.5 yr old twins round the park!

    Still will try and do a bit better on the food front this week!

    cor all these birthdays and cakes! how inconsiderate can people be that we are on a diet haha! well done on resisting the temptation though! resisting the crispy kremes must have been especially hard work!!

    cannot wait for my chinese tonight!!! literally im dribbling just thinking about it! doesnt help that im STARVING!!!! shake here i come!! lol

    yep plan is to gym it on sat and mon! providing it doesnt bloody snow and stop me from getting anywhere. . . this year i got a brand new bmw . . . after i bought it i found out its a no go in the snow!! boo hoo! Maybe i'll go for a run - probably end up falling over though! haha

    awww 3.5yr old twins!! you must have your work cut out for you though.

    I used to work nights a few years ago when i was on lipotrim (couldnt eat ANYTHING) and everynight they was ordering takeaways, bringing cakes in, i had to sit around the same table why they all stuffed there face with pizza and kebabs, i look back now and dont have a clue how i did it, dont think i could do it now!! x

    Good Morning!! Happy Monday!

    So i had a lovely weekend, spent most of yesterday side ways in my stupid car and being dug out my the bf and his dad! wonderful!! haha. . . my advise BMW's may be lovely to look at, Fast and nice to dry but when it snows they are the worst cars!!! lol grrr also spent quite a bit of this morning trying to go up hills (ending side ways) or getting stuck! wonderful. i have currently left it outside work . . . looks like its been abandoned haha!! opps! stupid car!

    right i had my chinese on Fri night (was lush) and i stuck to my promise to myself and went to the gym on saturday. Did 35mins on treadmill (20mins running, 15mins fast walking up the steepest inclince on the treadmill (wow this hurt my legs) ) i then did 3500meters on the rowing machine. Had a lovely 15mins stretch session!! was planning to go tonight to do weight resistance machines but because of the snow im not gonna go. . . but will be going straight from work tomorrow and going to have a nice treat of a sauna and steam afterwards!(lush)

    back 100% on plan now (seem to say that every monday haha) feeling good

    Wow Emma what a session at the gym! spent yesterday am making snow men before the boys got too cold then made flapjacks... then ate them!

    Don't think I will manage a weight loss this week!

    Still just had some heinz tomato soup which was lovely and just what I needed as I have picked up a nasty cold!

    We live on the top of the Downs so understand about slipping and sliding - got some snow tyres this year and they are fab - made it to work and nursery today... its all melting in town but I bet it will still be 4 ins at home and our snow twins will still be guarding the house!

    One my boys asked if we could have the sheep home as they must be getting cold feet yesterday ... bless him!

    im feeling like that this week, dont think im going to lose either! hmmm going to hit the gym tomorrow night and hope and pray that gets rid of a little bit just before Weigh in Wednesday!!

    aw i feel for you on the cold front!! i had infected sinus's for 4 weeks! only just starting to feel slightly better. Cold weather doesnt help does it!

    snow tyres sound fab! tbh i dont even think snow tyres will help my car!! BMW's are definitly made for the summer!!

    Well done on the gym sesh, i couldnt physically do that haha!

    Awww well we havnt really had snow, bit of sleet then ice!! ahhhh, safe to say we stayed in all weekend

    Aww bless him! my little lad comes out with some crackers there so funny kids!

    Ive done quite good this weekend, my only down fall was a few drinks saturday night and a handfull of peanuts! lol

    oooo good plan!!! i think we are planning on gettin a takeaway for valentines too! YUM! sooooo as valentines is a Tuesday and Wednesday is obviously our weigh in for next week i will weigh in on Tuesday as i know i will have a rubbish weigh in after our takeaway! so thats my plan!

    i'm being rubbish today, got half way through my lunchtime shake and couldnt finish it - not in the mood for it - so had my three snacks, banana, alpen bar and wotsits! now i have nothing till dinner. . . boo! early dinner for me i think lol!

    going to pop to the shops after work to get more jellies, some soup, some more fruit

    then going straight home to have my dinner (undecided on what to have atm) and then going to go to my bf's . . . more slidding and getting my car stuck in the snow for me! wahoo lol

    Feeling like im achieving something at the moment! my bf said to me yesterday that he can really see a difference . . . for him to notice then i must be a decent change. . .he doesnt pick up on little details lol! so am pleased with that

    havent noticed too much about my clothes because i spend most of the time in leggings and tights so they cant exactly get loose really can they but like jumpers and work tops arent as tight and feel like they fit not like they just about fit haha.

    oooo lucky you! its melting a bit now but side roads are still annoying!!

    i cannot wait for Wednesday for weigh in lol!!! please hurry up! only tomorrow to get over and done with isnt it!!! yay

    I feel no different be honest lol thinks its cos i havemore to lose than you, hopefully start feeling it when i reach a stone!!

    And im the same, i am NEVER out of leggings and jeggings i have like every colour going twice haha and i wear loose floaty tops so i wouldnt feel it there either!

    And yes hurry wednesday! i'm dreading this month 3 meals within 2 weeks ahhh oh well never mind!! xx

    yes leggings and jeggings are the way forward!!! i wear long jumpers or long vest top with long cardigans with them too so again would'nt feel it there just because jumpers stretch easy dont they BUT i have noticed im not putting them on and stretching them away from my stomach. i used to do this before!! when they come out the tumble dryer usually they cling to my stomach so i have to stretch it but now its more put it on a go jobby . . . hopefully soon it will be have to tumble dry it loads to make it shrink jobby haha!!

    ooooo dw!!! look at me last week i had two meals out (including an all u can eat buffet of chinese, indian, pizza etc etc) and still lost 1lb with no exercise! You just had to make sure on the days your not eating out then be especially good and i know you struggle with your third snack anyway so thats 100cals each day your not eating!! and on the days you arent eating out just go on the Wii or something for even 30mins and you will balance it out!
