    After SF??

Hello everyone, doing slimfast getting rid of some Xmas weight and kick starting a healthier 2012! But i can't decide what to do after sf??? I'm thinking rosemary conley as it's calories which I'm familiar with now because of sf but seems like alot of work and expense more than sf is cos I'm a busy working mum and have to eat my breakfast and lunch in my car! Any ideas would help!

i think some people do continue with SF once they have reached their goal but instead only have one shake and these rest is calorie counting. When i reach my goal (long way off yet) but i think i will slowly get rid of my lunchtime shake and replace with soup or salad something low call. and then eventually replace my morning shake with something like porridge etc (again something low cal).

Before i did SF i hated the whole calorie counting business but now im actually not fussed so i'll probably go down a calorie counting route mixed with regualar exercise and then can always rely on SF if the weight comes on at all.

Agree with Emma, think calorie countings going to be the way to go. You could also have something with equal cals to replace the SF, that way you're not getting the big jump in cals when you return to normal eating. (hope that makes sense, hasnt come out how i wanted it too!)

agree and completely understand what you mean! like if you were coming off slim fast you would have a brekkie equal to 230cals and then a lunch equal to 230cals.

this is exactly what i will do x x x
