It's working!!! I started on Thursday and weighed myself this morning as i couldn't resist and have lost 4lbs!!
I haven't even done it to the book to be honest, some days i have had an extra snack! Plus i don't focus on a 600 cal meal i just eat what i want but just a smaller portion of it. Happy so far, finally something that works and isn't that hard.
