    Ive never made Rock Cakes before, but i made these today. This is how they came out.

    Lost 10lb in 4 months on Slim Fast

    Started WWpp -27th April 2012
    Start- 12stone 10.8lbs
    WI 1- - 3.4lbs
    WI 2- 0.4lbs
    WI 3 - 1lb
    WI 4 - 1.12lbs - 60lbs overal lost - Finally
    WI 5 - 1.12lbs - First *silver 7* with WW
    W1 6- 6.4lbs - Illness but finally under 12 stone.
    WI 7 - TARGET MET 11STONE 8LBS!!!

    Looking good Hannah! There should be 12 to make them the calorific value per cake though so you'll have to do your sums if you only have 9..........
