Hello - New here but starting slimfast!

Hello - I'm new on here but think this is really nice, having somewhere to gain advice from others who have had successful weight loss!

- I am the type of person who tries something for a few days then gives up, I need more will power - any advice on how to try stop myself giving in to treats? - really want to loose weight before christmas!
-I am going to try SlimFast tomorrow - got everything bought and feel brilliant about starting but just want to know if anyone has had succesful weight loss using it and how much roughly you lost in a 4 week period?
- I work 6 days a week and am very active whilst at work - I would totally use a gym if I had the time in the day to go... or the money :/

Any tips on making it a bit easier to focus on the diet and not go off track?

Good luck you have a month so you should be able to lose a quite a bit, my only advice really is to stick to your 100 cal snacks inbetween the day. I find that if i miss my mid morning snack im more likely to be naughty !
 
Yep, I second that! I've been doing it for 2 weeks and so far I have lost 7lbs (want another 7 by christmas so need to be strict!) and I'm ok during the week but the weekends are my downfall as I tend to pick more as meal times are a little more relaxed so I'm never sure if I should be snacking or shaking!
Think of your goal and how much you want it and that will help.
Everytime you reach for food ask if you're really hungry or bored or thirsty.
Drink lots.

I'm Glad to say I have lost 7lb in the past 1 and a half weeks so that is not bad going - even if I was naughty once or twice! :) Hoping for a bit more before christmas! :D
Must admit - Drinking lots helps when you 'think' you are hungry! Heres to the next 2 weeks :) xx
