Day 2 for me
as the title says im now onto day 2 of my SF journey. Day 1 was fine, had an alpen light bar for 1st snack after dropping daughter to school, shake at 11, crispbreads and LC light around 2 ish and my 2nd shake at 4. Tea was a jacket spud with beans and about 120g chunky chicken breast chunks. Last snack was a packet of SaJ's. Not too bad i dont think.
Noticed im getting very windy though! Could be to do with my IBS and changing from VLCD to SF but either way im tooting like a pro!
