Weekends are hard!
I've found it pretty difficult this weekend to stay on track but at lot of it is due to bad planning on my part. We tend to go out at the weekend as a family and i never took a shake or anything with me so ive been missing shakes. Im going to get some of the bars and keep them for the weekend. Pop one in my bag so im prepared.
1st full week of SF after a VLCD with barely any refeed and ive gained 3/4 of a pound. To be honest my proper weigh ins not till xmas eve so im actually happy with that. Should be stabilized now so anything else should hopefully be a loss.
Have been tracking my noms on MFP too and ive noticed all of my values are coming in on key except my protein amounts. Im over slightly every day. Would this make a massive difference to my losses? According to them the weight will still come off.
Hope you all had a good weekend
