Im having a turkey stir fry with egg noodles in soy and garlic for 597cal


Thought.i.would start a 600meal thread to.trigger inspiration or ideas from.each other

Great idea hun. I had:

Chicken breastx2 -300 cals
Home made chips in actifry- 230 cals
Broccoli- 25 cals

Not very exciting just what I fancied.

Tonight i have lamb curry bubbleing away in my slowcooker. Lamb steaks tin toms onion garlic chilli pepper green pepper ginger tumeric garam masala and some stock with easy cook rice and egg which i will make into home.made egg fried rice with fry light....all for 497cals :) cant wait mmmmmmmmmm

Tonight's dinner is:

Chicken chickpea and veg curry served with brown rice
 
Tonight's dinner will be:

Chicken Caesar salad with new potatoes

Chicken - 230 cals (roughly 2 small breasts)
Caesar dressing is tesco light choices at 9 cals a tbsp so will probs be - 27 cals
Salad- lettuce, cucumber, tomato, onion and celery- prob about 60 cals at a guess?
New potatoes- about 250 cals
 
Mmm nice meal

I been naughty :( had brekki at 622 and this evening had party food as had 12 6yr olds for my sons party.....tireeeddddd

Today (day 1) I'm having a fry up for dinner:

2 ryvita sweet onion crackers, Laughing cow extra light triangle, 1/2 tin Beans, 2 Scrambled eggs, 2 Quorn sausages & 1/2 tin tomatoes - 584 Calories

Looks like loads written down but I would have this as a Sunday morning bekkie on SW so can't see it been a problem :)
 
Hi punk star! Well today i having roast beef dinner mmmmmmmm bout 647 so over a bit but will just either.miss a snack as only just had a shake so not hungry.....ohh and some trifle from.kids party yesterday yey cant wait

Well tonight i am havibg pasta in sauce and two chicken drumsticks

moroccan lamb tagine!

equivalent of 3 small slices lamb (roasted, no skin, no fat)
1/2 carrot
tesco finest moroccan tagine sauce (two packets split between three of us)
186g rice (mix of basmati and pilau)

545cal or thereabouts (depends on your definition of "small slice" and how big your carrots are!)

very nice, very filling :D would also be VERY nice with couscous or cauliflower rice.
