    can somebody help please

    Morning. I have started slim fast today. But i am a little confused. On the web site is says a 500 cal meal a day. But. I have seen on here that it is a 600 cal meal. Can anyone put me in the right direction please. Really dont want to mess up on first day. Any help greatly appreciated.
