I've been lingering over this site for a while reading and decided to try slimfast but do it properly, well sort of. I had three shakes and a meal and skipped the snacking bit though. I started after xmas and have a total loss of 1 stone and 3 pounds from it. I'm really chuffed as I've really struggled to lose anything after dieting for a year, this seemed to give my system the kick it needed. Bit tired of it though so going to try slimnsave next week.
I like the chocolate and strawberry flavours the best caffe latte was good but caramel and vanilla were not so good.
