day 1 for me so i have decided to plan out my snacks and shake times.
9.30 - special k cereal bar and coffee
11.30/12 - s'berry shake
2.00 - s'berry shake
3.30/4 - cup a soup and crispbread
5.30/6 - ww ready meal, ww garlic petit pain and a sugar free jelly
8.00 - snack a jacks
Hoping the planning will keep me on track and bring in some much needed structure. Wont be using ready meals all the time but they are handy for the 1st week of getting back on track.
