    Smile New to slim fast, some questions .... HELP

    Hi there, started slim fast today..


    Breakfast - one strawberry shake & one banana
    Lunch - one strawberry shake & 170g grapes.
    Snack - 1 sf nut bar.

    My question is, if I dont use 600 calories for dinner - say i use 400 calories.. can I use the spare 200 later on? say toast and law fat cheese?

    My dinner idea was chicken break with tandoori seasoning, brocolli and wedges (potato cut into wedge slices and few one cal spray and pop oven)

    Sorry for the late reply. I rarely have a full 600cal dinner so I tend to follow up with some kind of pudding to make sure I have over 1200 cals a day. Plus it means that I dont feel deprived!
