    Ok so I have 19 weeks till I go on holiday.,

    I do not want to be feeling self conscious in my bikini so the slimfast journey starts tomorrow!!!

    Got my banana shakes ready to go.

    Start weight - 14 stone 0lbs

    Cannot believe I have let myself get this heavy - But onwards & downwards from here & I will stick to it this time.

    I dont have a summer holiday as such this year but i am going to England visiting my family for a week in July. Theres around 12 weeks till then so would love 2 stone off in time for it getting warmer. (hate being big in summer)

    Thanks honey! Day 1 has gone well had my banana shake for lunch & breakfast then had rice with vegetables & 2 warburton thins with no butter.

    Black coffee & coke zero to drink.

    Zero exercise - oops!

    In total around 1130 calories today.

    Hmmmm didn't go to we'll with the shakes it all went off the rails at the weekends.

    I am back at WW though - had my first WI this morning & lost 2lbs xxx
