    A Better Version Of Me! (Slim Fast)

    Hi,

    I'm a mother of two wonderful boys 23 months apart. I've been struggling with my weight since 2003 :-/. After being slim my whole life and doubling my weight since 2003 it's been difficult.

    I found in 2008 I was losing a significant amount of weight by working everyday for 2-3 hours but that's just not realistic for me.

    I will continue my work out regime (squat 30 day challenge, Jillian Michaels level 2 30 day shred re starting today) but I will also be start Slim Fast today. My plan is to attack breakfast a a shake, snack a raw fruit or vegetable, shake lunch, snack raw fruit or veggie and a lean supper (no sodium and no heavy carbs)

    I currently weigh 233lbs and would like to weigh 200 by July 1st and 175lbs by the date of my wedding September 14th.

    I have stocked the fridge with premise shakes (if they are pre made I know I'll drink them and follow more precisely)

    Weigh in will be done every Monday prior to my work :-)

    Well, I just had a root canal done and I cannot eat so I've been having 3 shakes a day but no exercising since I feel so week. We are on day 3 of strictly shakes and this can't be good but at least I'm getting some nutrition.
