Hello all
I was originally going to start wed when my super drug order had arrived but I've done an online tesco click and collect thing and I've ordered enough supplies to get me through 2 days- I thought what's the point of waiting for 2 days extra which will just give me the excuse to binge on crap when I want to get stuck in straight away. So here I am, night before the first day. I'm really looking forward to it. I will do my weight in the morning and get cracking!!
So here is my plan!
B: sf ready made choc shake - 200 cal
S: banana - 100 cal
L: ultra slim choc meal bar - 230 cal
S: yogurt and 2 satsumas - 100 cal
D: chicken rice and broccoli - 500 cal approx
S: curly wurly - 115 cal
Drinks will be sugar free squash, water and diet coke.
Going to start exercising from home tomorrow too. It'll either be a fitness DVD or a walk/jog around the block with the dogs.
