    Hello all
    I was originally going to start wed when my super drug order had arrived but I've done an online tesco click and collect thing and I've ordered enough supplies to get me through 2 days- I thought what's the point of waiting for 2 days extra which will just give me the excuse to binge on crap when I want to get stuck in straight away. So here I am, night before the first day. I'm really looking forward to it. I will do my weight in the morning and get cracking!!
    So here is my plan!

    B: sf ready made choc shake - 200 cal
    S: banana - 100 cal
    L: ultra slim choc meal bar - 230 cal
    S: yogurt and 2 satsumas - 100 cal
    D: chicken rice and broccoli - 500 cal approx
    S: curly wurly - 115 cal

    Drinks will be sugar free squash, water and diet coke.

    Going to start exercising from home tomorrow too. It'll either be a fitness DVD or a walk/jog around the block with the dogs.
    Ultimate goal to fit into size 12 clothes.

    Good on you for not putting it off starting. I'm on my 3rd week of SF now, it's my first ever try of this diet. I lost 3lb my 1st week but nothing my 2nd but I have lost some inches so I'm not giving up just yet. I know in the past doing sw I can loose a stone in 6 weeks so was hoping I'd be able to on SF. I started to find on sw though I was just eating for the sake of it and not because I was hungry and eating the wrong things. I thought trying this diet might help with it being more restricted food wise but I'm eating regular. I never ate breakfast until SF so now I just make my shake which takes seconds so I'm hoping my metabolism should start to wake up. Good luck with your journey and give us a shout if you need help with anything. I've noticed there's only a few of us on here seems very quiet x

    Hi Kelly,

    Good on you for starting straight away, as you say it just gives us an excuse to binge eat if we set a date. When I started I bought the Slimfast the night before and started the next morning as I know I have to get my bum into gear.

    I've signed up to the squat challenge which has been quite good, I've enjoyed it although not been able to do as much as I'd hoped for.

    If you ever want to chat about anything then let me know. x

    Hello all
    Thank you for your well wishes. :-) my first 2 days have gone ok I think. My super drug order arrived yesterday so I've got a months worth to get me through now. Annoyingly the day I started sf my scales ran out of battery! I weighed myself instead on our non digital ones, I don't think they're as accurate but never mind. Must remember to get some more batteries.
