    Hi, I'm new to slim fast again, lol. I've used it on and off for years n years n years..... The last time I used it seriously was in sept 2009. I lost 4 stone. Now Dec 2013 I find I,ve put 3 stone of that back on. I,ll be 50 in June so want to lose it again for then. Want to be 50 and fab, not 50 and fat, lol. I,ve known for a few months that I needed to lose the pud again but last night was a nightmare, getting ready to go out and nothing fitted me comfortably, nearly gave up and crawled under the duvet. So this morning, I've had a slimfast for my breakfast, dug out the sit up machine and am going to lose this pud. I,ll log on here and myfitnesspal and track and blog my way thru this. Gilly

    Well still on the wagon and it's going ok. This is day 5 already. Am just off to the gym for an hour to do a gentle workout, as I've not been for about a month. Have not told my family or friends that I'm dieting/keeping fit cos I always do that then fall off the wagon. I,m just gonna do it and hope they,ll start to notice in about a month. I,m also gonna try to lay off the alcohol this month. My weigh in day is Monday mornings. I,ve just. Hanged my shifts at work from evenings finishing at 10.30pm which played havoc with my food intake, I.m now doing mornings, 9am to 1pm, so I feel this will allow me to be more structured. Hey oh, off I go to the gym. Catch yer laters, Gilly

    Check out www.thinkingslimmer.com ....I listen to the pods at night ...I have a stress/ pod also drop 2 jeans sizes and a so no to chocolate pods ....and with the SF it seems to be working ....Good luck
