Not sure where everyone has disappeared! But i need motivaaaation! 6 months excataly til i go on holiday (July 19th) I am.hoping to somehow lose 4 stone... so going to start slim fast or ultra slim until I get to target with a calorie range of.1200 to 1350 cals a day and a bit of light excercise..i am mostly on my feet at work so know il be burning cals here there more or less.. Its a new year and a new me...lifestyle change!
