Mission to lose the baby weight

Hi, not new to slimfast but new to this thread. I was previously on weight watchers but that's not been going so well. I had my beautiful daughter over a year ago and since then my weight has just been creeping up. I really want to lose the weight and felt slim fast is what I needed to kick start myself. My plan is to do slim fast for at least 2 weeks and then move on to calorie counting. I am very active and work out 6 days a week doing kettlebell workouts, but even with this the scales haven't budged. Really hoping to see some results with slim fast. Ideally I would love to lose 20lbs before the end of may as I am going on a family holiday but in the long term I want to get down to at least 10 stone to be healthy fit my little girl and to be healthy for planning baby number 2. Sorry but of an essay. Today was a bit of a blip. Started of with my slim fast shake but then spent the day out with mother in law and she took us to Toby carvery. I decided that lunch would be my big meal, I've worked it out at 800 calories to be on the safe side, I made sure to eat very slowly and ended up putting what I didn't eat on my husband's plate. I also split my meal with my little girl. Dinner was a small 200 cal leftover meal I had made and potioned out then put in the freezer. I'm hoping tomorrow is a much better day. Ifn you haven't got bored and are still reading this thank you, I will be sure to update as regularly as I can. :)
 
Good morning Slim fasters, started today off with my chocolate shake. Working from 9 till 1 today plan on having a snack pack of Apple's and grapes at around 10.30 or 11. Shake for lunch and then taking little miss to visit her potential play school. Hope everyone else is having a good day today. :)

Hey hun. This is me! I fell pregnant with my girl and thought great I can eat loads now and get rid of it after, I didn't lose the weight straight away, in fact put another stone on in 8 months after having her but then I got back into work and lost most of it again. When she was 2 and half I was pregnant with my son who's 9 months nearly now, so I thought well it worked last time so I ate comfortably shall we say lol except the thing is since having him in May last year I've not even attempted to lose the weight, if anything I've been eating like I'm still pregnant!! That's just me being to lazy to try and eat healthily, that and I'm knackered all the time! But it's not great so now I've decided enough is enough! Let's shift this baby weight finally!

Good luck with your weigh in tomorrow Rachel. I plan to weigh myself on Sunday. I have a habit of weighing everyday so trying to break out of doing that. I get slightly obsessive haha

Breakfast- slim fast chocolate shake
Lunch- slim fast chocolate shake
Snack- Tesco slight bites salt and vinegar popped crisps, 90 calories a bag
Snack- 1 belvita biscuit
Dinner- pea and Ham soup 167 calls with a roll 190 cals
Later on.I will have some crumpets and choc spread yummy

7/2/14

dinner- weight watchers Mexican Chilli With Potato Wedges

mint kit kat chunky
1 crumpet with 1/2 tablespoon choc spread

8/2/14
breakfast-shake
lunch 1 tin of oxtail soup and 1 slice wholemeal bread
dinner home made chicken and blackbean stir fry. this came out as 408 calories
snacks apple, tesco light choices mousse slim fast snack bar 2x crumpets with 1 tbsp choc spread

9/2/14 today was quite unhealthy even tough i stuck to my calories
breakfast- shake
lunch 75g taglitelle pasta with stir in sauce 315
dinner- roast pork with mashed potoato mushy peas and gravy 473
snacks- custard cream biscuit, treat size choc bar and tesco value cheese and onion crisps

10/2/14
breakfast- shake
lunch- 1/2 tin ravioli
dinner- chicken and tagliatelle with stir in sauce and red peppers at 463 calories
snack- 1 slim fast snack bar

todays diary 11/2/14
breakfast- shake
lunch- 2 slices brown soda bread with mustard and sliced chicken
dinner- ????? still trying to decide, will update later. Dinner ended up being veggie noodle stir fry
snacks, 1 belvita biscuit, onion rings crisps, kit kat chunky

Sometimes it does vary by about 60 calories or so. :)

Coming to the end of my slim fast tin now so will be switching to calorie counting shortly and see how I get on. Today I will be having
