thought i'd make this thread so we can all see how we are doing and ask questions etc. Might be easier if the answers are all in one place.
I'm restarting today weighing near as dammit 23 stone but i will get below that and get healthy again. Bloody determined!!
1st Goal - Get under 20stWeek 0 = 23st 3lbs
2nd goal - Get to 17st 7lb to feel comfy flying
3rd goal - Get to 15 stone
4th goal - Get to 12 stone and reassess
Week 1 = 22st 5.5lbs
Week 2 = 22st 2.5lbs
Week 3 =?

Lost 3st 2.8lb in 2013
Gained 11lb between Dec 13 and Feb 4th 2014
Re-start Weight Feb 5th 2014
Goal 10st by August 11th 2014
