    On my second day

    Hi all I am on the second day of slim fast and it's going ok , I like the bars and snacks not sure about the shakes though. I have a holiday booked for first of May and would love to lose two stone. Then I need to lose another five stone !! before I turn forty in a year. So sick of wasting my life wishing I was slim there is no one to do this for me and losing weight is what I want to do more than anything else .. Please help me fellow dieters x

    Hello,

    I am on day 3 and love the meal bars, shakes are going to get a bit of getting use to lol, I have the pre made ones for my first week but have tins of powder for after that, I've been told powder with the fresh milk taste better hmmmmm we will see lol

    you definitely get a thicker shake from the powders but you can use extra water to thin it out!
    Goal is to be same weight as my wedding day - 8 and a half stone!

    2012 - stone and a half lost
    2014 - stubborn half stone (+ a little more!) to go!

    First time ever with Slim Fast

    Feeling nervous but motivated

    I am starting at 16st 7lbs so I have a lot to lose!
