I've decided to give SF a try (eeek) I've always followed Weight Watchers but trying to lose the last stone has been so tough and im struggling to keep on plan.
I know SF isn't 'easy' but I'm just hoping it gives me some weight loss and a confidence booster.
I'm on that awful cycle where I follow the diet, fall off the wagon and then spend the rest of the week until weigh in beating myself up. The weigh in comes along and if it's bad on the scales the week starts off terribly with a negative beginning.
Im not expecting miracles but I'm just hoping I can stay on the plan, have 100% days, feel good and stick with it until my weigh in.
