Mix with water?

I'm using SF for a couple of weeks until I get paid and can go back to cambridge but can anyone tell me if you can mix the powders with water instead of milk to help lower the calories or does it have to be with milk?

The milk is part of the nutritional make up of the product...protein, calcium etc., so yes you need the skimmed milk.

It is only adding 88 calories per shake.
