    New to slim fast

    Hello I currently doing slimming world from home and want to try slim fast instead. Could someone explain to me please? Is it 3 snacks a day 2 meal bars a day 2 shakes a day and one meal? Xx

    Hi its 2 shakes Or 2 meal bars , 3 100cal snacks and 1 600 cal tea
