Started Diet

I started Slimfast again on Monday and for the past four days my urine has been yellowish - I'm not sure why as I have been eating the proper stuff, haven't cheated once and been drinking green tea (6/7 cups a day).

Can anyone advise where I'm going wrong? Or is it just cleansing my system these days?

Any answers appreciated.
