Slow, slow, slow.....
3 weeks into my SF diet, and the grand total of 1lb per week lost, seems a very slow loss to me. I have stuck to it so well, and am exercising too, am I being unrealistic, or is this normal?
I do understand that you're more likely to keep it off if you lose it slowly, and I'm being impatient, but wondered what other peoples average weekly weight loss was?
You don't have much to lose so I think it will be slower....I am loosing about 2lb per week now but have more to go than you.
Keep going, you'll soon be at your goal weight x

1 pound a week is about right, im the same im getting bored now tho. Im gonna forget about it today and give it one last go tomorrow for a week till I go away.
I just keep thinking its a bag and a half of sugar gone, and they're quite heavy......makes me feel better. I'm quite enjoying it still, and haven't got bored yet, but no doubt I will.
My bloated tummy has really gone down too, so that's spurring me on.
