A boost on slimfast?!?

Ell officially I am on sw but stuck in a rut

So for the next few weeks till my hols I am on slimfast!!

Day 1 today - had a mocha shake - actually very nice.

Snack has been slim fast cheddars.

Lunch is red berry bar 2 x afternoon snacks a pear and a nectarine

Just got to sort my tea. Which needs to be about 550 cala as had a coffe with sugar before breaky
 
I am doing Lipotrim presently which is a total food replacement diet.

I have done Slimfast on and off in the past.
 
Well actually surprised by how hungry I was not Yesturday lol. Has a small jacket potato with cheese and beans and chicken and struggled to eat it.

Woke up today and did feel a little hungry but had pint if water and a coffee as wanted to save my shake till 8 ish. And I'm struggling to drink it all. It tastes lovely. But I feel full!

I normally eat a disgusting amount of food. Lol

It went well u till the weekend and I went off the rails. But sorted myself out and am back on. Only thing is sf seems to be making me really constipated.

Has anyone else found this?
 
Constipation has been a major issue to me since I started SF, six or so weeks ago. Sometimes, I go for four days without going :sigh:.

I take a senna tablet alternate nights, but that doesn't always work, so invested in Dulcalax softener, and laxative, and that seems to do the trick! Seems mad, as I eat tons of fruit, vegetables, and salad to fill myself up :help2:

I'm on my first week, weigh in on Monday - fingers crossed!!

im finding a shake in the morning and a meal bar at lunchtime, with an apple and banana as snacks in between, and if I've had a crap day I have a chocolate snack bar in the bus on the way home.

im not being so strict about evening meals, mostly allowing myself up to 800 or 1000 calories, but that means my daily total is still somewhere in the region of 1600 calories, which for my high weight I reckon is right

interesting to hear that constipation is an issue. I'm going to try and keep up my fluids up to avoid this.
i find anyway that keeping fluids up is the best way to avoid/deal with those hunger pangs!!

Thanks for asking kfowler, I got a 10lb loss! I was expecting a big one, cos I'm am SO overweight and there is also probably a lot of fluid loss as I've also been good at upping my fluid intake, but I'm still really really pleased.

feel like I have more energy today, maybe that's just psychological, but who cares, I'm feeling happy!

weirdly also balanced by a bit of dread this morning, starting another week of dieting, but fine once I got going :)

Brilliant Tinkerbell!!!! I'm back on it today after a wobbly week. Really glad to be back on track though! :)
