    Smile very surprised

    i tried the ready made shakes straight from the shelf expecting them to be nasty but i thought they were very nice. now i just need to try some of the snack things they do anyone got any recomendations please.

    The caramel ones are bit like mars bars very nice but you dont need to waste money on their snacks just any 100cal snacks x

    All the snack bars a really nice!! They also do sour cream and chive flavoured pretzels.

    you get 3 snacks a day fruit would also count as a snack so I usually have a snack, an apple and a banana.

    the meal bars are nice too, but they are v sweet

    Hi just been dabbling at the moment as i am working such long hours but will be back on it as of today as the other half is back to work monday. i love the shakes that i have tried and i tried the cheese biscuits the other day and i thought they were very nice too.
    The only thing im concerned about is that im a diabetic and 2 ladies were talking by the slimfast products in the shop saying the doc said she cant do slimfast.

    Est to check with your doctors first then. Probably ww or slimming world is a better option so you can ensure you get enough food to maintain your blood glucose levels. good lucks, stick with it whatever you choose xxxx

    Slimfast have got so much sugar in them apparently so I'm guessing that's why diabetics shouldn't do it? X
