Hi all! Real newbie here! Been following WW for a while but have really fell off the wagon and need to regain some control! I have a habbit of missing breakfast and lunch and then just binging so hoping SF can help me get some structure back and regain some control!

How has everyone's losses been?
 
Welcome Tiggeriffic!! I'm the same, did WW a few years ago and lost a lot, did Slimming World and lost some but it wasn't fast enough for me and there was too much freedom. I have a tea or glass of sugar free cordial in the morning then a shake at 9.30, snack (normally a banana or something) around 11am if I'm hungry, another shake around 12.30/1pm if I'm hungry (can be later depending on what my tummy tells me) then another snack (normally an apple) around 3pm as I don't have dinner until 6pm and usually STARVING!!! I found the first day I was hungry then after that I haven't been that hungry apart from when I get home from work and cooking dinner - but I used to feel like that before when I was eating loads! Everyone is different and you'll find out yourself the timings/snacks that are best for you. I used the ready made shakes as I don't like the powder ones and it's easier to just chuck them in my bag for work. Good luck and keep us posted!! :)
 
Welcome :) I don't have much more to add then RachMo as I follow a very similar pattern - the only difference is I have really upped my gym time so I often have 2 snacks in the afternoon, one about 3 ish and the other on the way to the gym - it just makes sure I can keep going until I get home an cook my dinner! I also have the meal bars at lunch time, as to my head it just makes me feel like I am eating food, rather than a meal replacement - it's the small things :) Good luck, and keep us updated! x

Actually feel it's going ok, not hungry, having my shakes and snacks and upped my fluids, defo having over 2ltrs a day. Just hoping for a good loss Tuesday xxx

How did your WI go hun?

I'm back on it tomorrow after a rather calorie filled 10 day holiday x
